As a logistics service provider we offer the best care possible for your shipments. Unfortunately, it's alway possible that something goes wrong: your shipment can go missing or could be damaged. Always report damages or loss as soon as possible with our customer service, so you'll receive a case number. Then fill in the form below. We aim to process your claim within five working days.

To claim shipments outside of the Benelux, you need a case number. Contact our customer service.

In case your shipment was sent within the Netherlands, DHL is liable for €3,40 per kilo (AVC). For international shipments DHL is liable for approximately €10 per kilo (CMR).
