Missed our driver?

Please enter the 'bezorgcode' together with your postal code to change your delivery.

You can find the delivery code at the right corner of the not-home card.

If you were not at home when we tried to deliver your parcel, our driver will have left a card in your mailbox. On this card you can see if we were able to deliver your parcel at one of your neighbours. If not, you can choose an alternative delivery option by entering your shipment number and postal code. 

  1. Pick up the shipment at a DHL Parcelshop When you prefer to pick-up the shipment at time which suits you best, opt for delivery to a DHL Parcelshop. You can select one of five DHL Parcelshops in the vicinity of your home address. We will send you an email when the parcel is ready to be picked up. 
     
  2. Deliver your parcel at the neighbours If you know that you will not be at home for the next delivery attempt, then you can opt to have your parcel delivered to your neighbours. 
     
  3. Deliver your parcel at another moment This option allows you to override the next delivery attempt shown on the ''not at home'' card by allowing you to choose a different date and time.
