You can have your parcel delivered at home or to a DHL ServicePoint near you. These are located in stores such as supermarkets and gas stations. You can also choose to have your parcel sent to one of our DHL Lockers, which are easy to identify with their bright yellow wall of self-service lockers. Our lockers are secure and easy to use, and most are accessible 24/7.
No matter where you decide to have your parcel delivered, we’ll always send you a message when it has arrived. Take a valid ID when you go to collect your parcel. If you can’t pick it up immediately, we’ll send another two reminders. If you haven’t picked up the parcel after seven days, it will be returned to the sender.
