We are experts at shipping parcels. We collect your fragile or heavy shipments, sort the smallest of parcels, and will lug around up to 31.5 kg per parcel. We lift a parcel over 23 kg from a pallet. The maximum dimensions for shipment in the Benelux is 120x60x50 cm (l-w-h).
Superb for pallets
We collect your pallets as easy as we collect you parcels. If your pallets are shipped within the Benelux, we also return them to you. The maximum dimensions for pallets are 120x100x200 cm (l-w-h). We ship pallets up to 1,000 kg in the Netherlands and the rest of Europe.

My DHL Portal is an easy all-in-one shipping service for parcels and pallets in the Netherlands and the rest of Europe. You only need to tick which extra services you need, such as delivery on Saturday in the Netherlands or requiring a signature upon receipt. Simple and easy with speedy delivery.

If you're sending parcels or pallets with valuable items, it is wise to take precautionary measures. Our transportation insurance covers loss and damages. Just make sure to contact our customer service when the value of the goods is over €100.000.
